We construct a high-quality replica using the most sophisticated means possible.

Our craftsman create a high-res digital image of the Leonardo “Salvador Mundi” which is printed on Fine Art Velvet paper and mounted to a panel, as is the original. The surface is enhanced with impasto created by our artists to mimic the original brushwork of the painting with a clear acrylic gel, varnished for protection and to create a more realistic presentation.

We replicate the original 16th century Cassetta frame which was provided for the original.

There is an intentional size discrepancy so the “painting” cannot be falsely presented as the original. The finished replica will be made 3 centimeters larger than the original painting for security reasons.

Proposed size of replica:

H 66cm (26 inches) x W. 46cm  (18.1 inches)

We also offer original 16th-18thc Italian frames for an additional fee which will be presented upon request.
